In my book, Seven Steps to Inner Power:
. This is at the very end of the book, and the topic has been about meditation and how to use it to not only bring a sense of calm to you, but to also look deeper inside of you.
“Who am I?
The first question I asked you to pose at the beginning of this book was, Who am I?
My purpose in giving you the teachings of Jung SuWon has been to help you extend your vision of yourself.
It is at this point that you have enough tools to ask this question again. This time, however, I encourage you to pose this question to your Silent Master in formal meditation.
Who is more qualified to tell you who you are than your real self? Thus, the question Who am I?, when posed to your own Silent Master, is one of the simplest, yet one of the most profound meditations you can undertake. You are asking your real self to show you that It is You.”
